Account Data & Deletion

If you signed in with Google or email and want your Astroze account data reviewed or deleted, use the process below.

What can be requested

  • Account deletion.
  • Removal of saved subjects tied to your account.
  • Help with correcting account email or profile issues.

How to request deletion

  1. Go to /contact.
  2. Use the email address connected to your Astroze account if possible.
  3. State that you want account deletion or saved-subject deletion.
  4. Include enough detail for us to identify the account safely.

What gets removed

We will remove or anonymize account-linked data needed to operate your Astroze account, including saved subjects where applicable, subject to legal or security retention requirements.

Google-connected accounts

If you used Google sign-in, deleting your Astroze account removes Astroze-side account data. It does not delete your Google account itself.
